What we shipped

Every meaningful change to SeatMap.AI — integrations, reclaim flows, security hardening, and benchmark data. We ship every week.

  1. feature

    Cross-workspace seat redundancy alerts

We now flag when the same person has overlapping seats across tools in the same category (e.g. Notion + Confluence). Owners get a weekly digest so they can change permissions without chasing screenshots.

  2. security

    Hardened secret tokens

Revoked direct client read access on invite, bypass, and savings-report tokens. Tokens are now returned once at creation and never reselected — closes three scanner findings.

  3. fix

Reclaim queue now executes for Slack Enterprise Grid

Approving a queue item used to flip status to executed without calling the provider. Approvals now route through the real adapter on the next cron tick, and only flip to executed when the provider confirms.

  4. fix

    Transactional emails ship reliably

Every transactional send now mints a per-recipient unsubscribe token. Contact form, weekly pulse, ghost alerts, and 24h auto-reclaim notices land in inboxes instead of failing silently.

  5. data

    Shelfware Index v1

Quarterly benchmark of unused SaaS seats across our anonymized scan corpus. Free, citeable, no signup.

  6. feature

    Instant Scan landing flow

New one-page scan flow: paste a workspace token, get a savings number in under 60 seconds. No call, no IT review.
